This commanding property overlooks the City Park Golf Course and is set among 1940s and 50s Cape Cod-style houses and typical ranch houses. The flat roof juts out over the exterior walls, creating wide overhanging eaves that are part Prairie/part Mod. The large picture window with the small side-lights is just about the only element of a traditional ranch house that one can find of this unique home.

This house by far is my favorite in B.R. Classic angular shaping…looking compact, but it is actually a large house and lot(check it out from the side). Love this site…and lucky to stumble across it during a 2am Dwell reading. Let me know if you have any gathering or meeting on MCM.
    Thanks,

  2. Thanks J.D.! I hope you’ll see a few other houses of interest here on RSM, and you will definitely know if there is some sort of meeting or gathering on MCM here–be warned, though, hats will probably be involved. Fez, boater, fedora–your choice, of course!

Such an appealing and welcoming entrance. The house (home) is truly one that should be featured time and time again. The design and architecture are impressive – and the backyard is priceless!
