This is a huge (2400+ sq ft) four bedroom, three bath house located on a prime piece of real estate near Broadmoor High School. The kitchen has been updated recently (and decently, I might add), but the rest of the property remains pretty much untouched. I think this would be a great deal for someone who has a lot of money to put into it–the wall between one of the smaller bedrooms and the dining room, for example, could be removed and it would really open up the floorplan. The bathrooms could use a little dough thrown at them, but really, they’re not that bad. This could be a really good deal for the right owner.
